1. Data we collect

A signed HttpOnly cookie identifies this browser for up to one year, without an account login. We record session balances, trial use, generation status, order/payment/refund identifiers, amounts, credit allocations and a keyed hash of the receipt email. We do not store card details or raw receipt emails in our application database. Do not submit personal or sensitive information in prompts or reference images.

2. Purpose and storage

We use this data to generate requested scenes, deliver credits, recover balances, prevent fraud, moderate content and resolve support or refund requests. Optional scene/style uploads and approved results are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Access expires after 24 hours; physical deletion follows the operator's cleanup routine and can be later. Unsafe generated results are withheld and are not stored in R2. Session, order and generation records remain for delivery, recovery and disputes.

3. Moderation data

Safety logs store the scan time, stage, source, decision, categories, job reference, SHA-256 prompt hash and only the first 200 characters of the assembled prompt. Human review decisions and notes are also retained. We review retention periodically and keep safety records only as needed for safety, appeals and legal obligations. Application funnel events do not contain prompt text; those events expire after 90 days when cleanup runs.

4. Third parties and sharing

Prompts and any permitted scene/style reference are sent to the configured generation provider. Waffo Prompt Sift receives prompt text when enabled; its documented scan is stateless. Cloudflare Workers AI processes generated images or a video's available cover/first frame for output safety review. A video without an available image relies on provider moderation, and this limitation is recorded. Cloudflare Pages, D1, R2 and Turnstile process hosting, storage and security data. Waffo Pancake, or another payment provider identified at checkout, processes billing details and payment emails under its own privacy and legal duties. Data may be processed outside your country. We do not sell personal data.

5. Security, cookies and analytics

The session cookie and local browser job reference support credits and resuming work. Recovery requires the receipt email and order number and transfers the remaining balance. IP addresses are represented in application logs by keyed daily hashes; Cloudflare may separately process technical access/security logs under its own retention rules. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. No advertising cookies are added by this application.

6. Your rights and contact

Contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable data rights. We may retain records required for payments, fraud prevention or law. Clearing cookies can remove access to credits; save recovery details first. Providers apply their own processing and retention policies.
